Quote to our customer’s specifications and bill of materials, providing engineering support to address cost and quality. A first article is supplied when appropriate.

Procure all of the raw materials.

Schedule production based on our customer’s needs. We are flexible in accommodating changes in requirements.
 
 
Step 5
Manufacture, test, and ship our customer’s custom manufactured product. Testing includes continuity, impedance, resistance, and hi-pot.
 
Step 6
Custom package and label product,
including date-coding and bar-coding.
 
Step 7
Automatically e-mail package-tracking information, confirming that the product has shipped.

 

All production is done in-house in our Santa Monica,
California facility.
