Case Study 2 - Wire Harness for Commercial Air Treatment Product

Omega Leads was contacted by a leading Air Treatment Product company and asked to suggest design options for a wire harness used in one of their industrial grade commercial products. Omega Leads exceeded their expectations in providing extensive engineering support.

• Engineer called Omega Leads to discuss the Wire Harness. The Engineer had defined what connectors and components would be necessary, but did not yet have a clear picture regarding the other design details.



• Omega leads presented the Engineer with multiple design options.



• After back and forth dialog, thoughtful consideration, and rough drafts, a design was agreed upon.



• Omega Leads built and shipped a sample to the customer.
  
  
• The sample was reviewed and approved.
  
  
• The final design went into production. Omega Leads provided a complete turnkey custom manufacturing service. The custom wire harness was tested, date-coded, and custom-packaged to customer specification, including special labeling, date stamping, part number, and revision level.
